Guide to Withdraw funds from Fyers Trading Account

Since there are several channels available to withdraw funds from your Fyers Trading Account, I wanted to write a step-by-step guide on how to withdraw funds without getting confused by the additional functionality provided in our trading platforms.

Currently, you can withdraw funds (Funds Payout) in 3 different ways:

1. Fyers Markets
2. Fyers WebTrader
3. Fyers Back Office

I will explain in detail how to use each of the above (trading platforms & back office) to withdraw funds without any hassles. An important point to note is that we do not accept offline requests for the purpose of safety & efficiency. Further, the funds you withdraw will get credited into your bank account within 24 hours (It depends on bank settlement – NEFT/RGTS/Intra-bank settlement).

1. Withdraw funds using Fyers Markets (Mobile App):

When you log into Fyers Markets, just click on header icon “Dashboard” on the top left. You will get this Side Menu as shown above. Click on “Fund Transfer” and you will be redirected to the page below.

At the top of the page, observe that there are two options. “Payin” & “Payout”. Click on Payout and enter the desired amount and click on “Request Payout” to initiate the transaction to withdraw funds.

Once the payout request has been submitted, we will process the amount at the end of the day. Please note that, the request will be processed after checking the balance amount in your trading account. In the event that the amount entered is incorrect/inapplicable, the payout request will be rejected. So kindly check your ledger balance accurately to withdraw funds without any hassles. I repeat this for the sake of clarity, the payout is only successful after you get a credit in your bank account. The message displayed above is merely an acknowledgement of the receipt of the payout request. The process is just a few clicks using our mobile app.

2. Withdraw funds using Back office: The first step is to login to the back office. To access the page you will have to click on the image below.

Select the “Sign In” icon and click on “Back Office” to start the process.

Upon clicking the link above, you will be redirected to a login page where you will have to enter you login credentials to enter the back office.

Select “Admin” from the Main Menu and click on “Pay Request”.

In this window, click on the highlighted icon “Payout Request Add / Edit” to withdraw funds.

In the highlighted section in this window, enter an amount that you want to withdraw and click on “Save”. You can also withdraw the entire amount by clicking on “Maximum Request Amount” check box. If you enter payout requests more than once, you will know how much funds you have already requested a payout for and each request amount will be added in the total. Once you click on “Save”, your work is done. We will process your payment at the end of the day.

3. Withdraw funds using Fyers WebTrader: To withdraw funds from this portal is easy too.

Click on “Sign In” and then click on “Web Trader” to be able to do the transaction.

Once you are logged in using your credentials, you will need to select “Limits” from the main menu and then click on “Payout Request”. Just enter the amount and click on “Submit” to initiate the transaction.

Once you click on “Submit”, you will get this acknowledgement. Click on “OK”. Please not that this is merely an acknowledgement that you have placed a payout (withdrawal) request. The transaction will be processed depending on the funds available in your trading account. Hence, we insist that you confirm your ledger balance before initiating the transaction just to ensure that it happens successfully.

In this portal, you can also view your previous payout requests. You can track them based on the Request ID and status. However, you must check your ledger account in the back office or your bank account statement to confirm the transaction. As long as the amount you have entered is available in your trading account, withdrawal of funds will be successful. Hence, just double check so it is hassle-free.

Time period for funds to reach your bank account: If you request to withdraw funds (payout) before 6:00 PM, we will process the payment at the end of the same day. However, if you request to withdraw funds (payout) after 6:00 PM, the amount will be processed the next working day.

The timing depends on NEFT/RTGS settlements but typically, you will receive funds with 24 hours if you request before 6:00 PM and up-to 48 hours if you do it after 6:00 PM.

Reasons why the funds withdrawal can get delayed:
• Bank Clearing Holidays.
• Bank Holidays on Saturdays.
• Delay from the stock exchange in sending us files.
• Global Indices Expiries on the 3rd Friday of every month – This is because stockbrokers receive the trade files very late on such days as the settlement price is dependent on the opening prices of the US Stock market.

Deposit and Withdrawal Conditions

Simply login to your Client Area and click on the green ‘Deposit’ button, located to the left of your dashboard.

Step 1: You’ll first be prompted to select which account you’d like to deposit in. Step 2, will then automatically appear below.

Step 2: You then select the payment method using the buttons on the right of the payment method table. Step 3 will then automatically appear below.

Step 3: State how much you would like to deposit into your account.

You may also be prompted to enter the currency in which you’d like to make the deposit and some other options.

Please carefully read all of the instructions, terms and conditions and if you agree make sure that you check the box that says “I have read all instructions and agree with terms and conditions of payments operations.”

Click Submit.

We do not accept any payments made via a third-party source.

You must only use payment methods that are under your name and lawfully belong to you.

We reserve the right to require proof from you at any time. Failure to comply with this, will result in your payment getting frozen or being refunded.

We reserve the right to apply a penalty processing fee if a third-party payment is made.

If you use a Credit/Debit Card to deposit, we may require scanned colour copies of both sides of your card to combat fraud. But, please do NOT send us any copies if we didn’t ask for them.

– Upon receiving our request and before sending any copies to us, please cover (black-out) all digits except the last 4 on the front side of your card for security purposes.

– Please also cover (black-out) the CVV code on the back of your card.

– All other details must be clear and visible.

– Your card must be signed, and your signature must be clear and readable.

Please be informed that we will NEVER ask you for any sensitive card details (such as your full card number, CVV code, 3D-secure code, PIN code, etc.). If you received a suspicious request for any sensitive details from an unclear source, please contact us immediately.

If your Credit/Debit Card deposit was unsuccessful, please try depositing again, while checking if:

– You have entered your card details correctly.

– You’re using a valid (not expired) card.

– You have sufficient funds on your card.

– If all of the above is fine, but your card deposit is still unsuccessful, it may mean that your issuing bank does not authorise your card to make the deposit. In that case, please use another card or any other payment method available in your trading account.

Simply login to your Client Area and click on the ‘Withdrawal’ button, located to the left of your dashboard.

Step 3: State how much you would like to withdraw from your account. Depending on the withdrawal method, you may have to enter more information related to the withdrawal type.

Please carefully read all of the instructions, terms and conditions and if you agree make sure that you check the box that says “I have read all instructions and agree with terms and conditions of payments operations.”

Click Submit.

As a general rule, we only process withdrawals back to the payment method you originally used for depositing.

For Credit Cards ONLY:

– If you use a Credit/Debit Card to deposit, we will always send the same total amount of withdrawals equal to your total deposits back to your card. Any remaining withdrawal amount which is above the deposited amount, will be processed to the payment method of your choice.

Example: If you deposited $100 by Credit/Debit Card, earned a profit of $1,000 and requested a withdrawal of $1,000, you will get $100 back to your card and the remaining $900 to the payment method of your choice.

Alternative Payment Methods:

– If you use a Credit/Debit Card and another method (e.g.: Skrill eWallet) to deposit, your withdrawal will first be processed back to your card and any remaining withdrawal amount will be sent back to the other method used (e.g.: Skrill eWallet).

Example: If you deposited $100 by Skrill and $50 by Credit/Debit Card, and requested a withdrawal of $90, you will get $50 back to your card and $40 to your eWallet.

Internal transfers from an MT4 account to another MT4 account are instant when the base currencies of both accounts are the same.

If the base currencies of the MT4 accounts are different, such internal transfers should be requested manually by sending an email to [email protected]

Internal transfers from an IB account to an MT4 account are processed automatically.

How to withdraw funds from your trading account

When you are making your deposit, please keep the following points in mind:

  1. No third party payments will be accepted.
  2. In order to process your deposit, FXTM requires a color copy of both the front and back side of your card. For security purposes we recommend that you cover all digits except the last 4 on the front side of the card. Please also cover the last 3 digits on the back side of your card (we do not require the CVV code). All other details must be clear and visible and your card must be signed.
  3. FXTM will accept card transactions in EUR, GBP and USD only. All card transactions sent in a different currency will be automatically converted to EUR, GBP or USD; the card processor may charge you a conversion fee.
  4. The card processor will charge the receiving party a fee for each transaction, which is incurred by FXTM clients. (See Conversion Rates Table). The net amount will be posted to your trading account, which was funded through the card processor.
  5. If the deposit is successful it will be posted to your trading account shortly. There might be a delay if the card processor or FXTM is unable to verify your information.
  6. The initial deposit amount must be sent back to the same card from which we received your funds.
  7. You may be required to provide us with an authorization code for your card deposit.
  8. You may be required to provide us with your card statement or a screenshot of your bank statement from your online banking, showing the transaction to FXTM.
  9. All our requirements regarding your card details are always sent through official FXTM email addresses. We will never request any secret card details (CVV, 3D secure code, etc.).   10. FXTM does not keep client card data. All card data is collected and safely kept within the PCI DSS Level 1 licensed Payment Services Provider only.
